Frogs and Caterpillars

Frogs & Caterpillars | Quilt in 6 Sections, Sewn and glued brocade, polyester, wool and cotton fabric, 94”hx84”w, 2018

We see that overlapping movement again in Frogs and Caterpillars. The narrative departs from the “real” world and becomes more fanciful as I began to cut specific patterns to define what might be seen as a personal expression. Frogs and caterpillars are created to add to the over-layering of syncopated rhythm and movement.
